Wir haben Beratungshilfe abgerechnet (2503 VV RVG + 7002 VV RVG + MwSt), Rechtspfleger nimmt nun Absetzungen vor (Erstattung lediglich in Höhe von Beratungsgebühr).
Kann ich gegen die Absetzung vorgehen, unbefristete Erinnerung?

Wieso erkennt der Rpfl die 2503 + 7002 nicht an? Wir fügen immer Kopien unserer Schreiben bei.
